college life in a week

2004-08-18-6:47 p.m.
i had a dream that the cure's robert smith wasn't wearing makeup and cut his hair. riding the mower, i ran into a spigut at prairie street today and it blew off and mud flew up 8-ft into the air ha drenching me.

should read the back entry i guess for info on the hand. i read the whole new issue of rolling stone today and it's never a short zine. this summer, if anything, i'm more well read than i've ever been (not just on rolling stone!! the new yorker is recommended, haha and combine the too that's me) and it's neat not having to tell or share all and also coming out with this or that funfact #61 once every while. anyways, kisses for the gbook love, *skanky whore* (remember that malee?!) malee and leslie (er should've-picked-iu-leslie!)!!! at the moment i'm waiting on Mom bc she has volcano's spaghetti on her and she's on her way home. then seeing Collateral with katie and jason f (who was checked for cancer yiow- he doesn't have it) at 7:05 (it's 6:53 now). today i remembered how i hadn't mentioned the hispanic guy in chicago who said in the cheech voice, "MAN YOU ARE LOST!" during our concert trip. ask me about it eh. listen to this this is just great- just now i was cutting my finger nails, a normal thing to do, but i couldn't finish as the right hand is too puffy and weak for the clippers and the left hand. i have a bad feeling mother won't make it home before it makes me late to the movie. eh i'll just miss the previews anyway. AWESOME, Dad's in- he'll cut my finger nails! i think my train of thought's gonna trail off now...maybe will enjoy another jack daniel's chocolate from katie from canada!! she stopped by an hour ago to say hi. bye!

UPDATE AT 11:16 P.M.

saw Collateral with katie and jason f and it was a good see. jamie foxx was good in it, and you gotta love tom. did i just say that? eee. and the coyotes in L.A. ("in mockery of the city's thin hold on civilization" symbolism) part was just cool. then we sat at the burger king from 9 to now. it was jason's last hurrah in elkhart before going down to ball state tomorrow so it was good to be with him. and i like katie and i like that she likes me ;p hahahha jason quoted a horoscope he'd read that said "maybe women who want equal rights are fearless = lack of inhibition?" but katie and i were thinking about how we don't mind uninhibited-ness and i asked what he thought and he was on civil rights; it was like, ha! funny. great guy.

during a scene foxx is frantic and ends up with a gun and a cell phone and katie out loud, "that's what everyone needs, gowdy- a gun and a cell phone. a gun and a cell phone.. wouldn't the world be a better place?"

my hand is still really weak and pale, still can't turn an ignition key. but a few days ago it was really bad something awful so heh i'm pretty amazed.

song of the day: lover's spit by broken social scene. shampoo suicide'll get you too. also, late nineties bedroom rock for the missionaries and cause=time. hell just listen to the whole you forgot it in people album backwards! the effect it has on me is it was the album i listened to during my first all-niter at iu last year. things were mezzo-mezzo (correct spanish for so-so?) different then.

be fun-loving SIGN THE GUESTBOOK
