"a barefoot summer afternoon kind of day"

summer so far is great good moods prevail by the by.

yea played bandu the other night, it was kinda fun, don't know why.

yesterday- slept in the best bed in elkhart till 5 p.m. tony and ant went out to dinner with their girlfriend's parents. tony said he'd really like to see me there but that got a no-go. louie came by later as i was eating dinner and we met beccy and erin at erin's and drove to charlotte's dock drinking bonjovial party on the water. it was us, charlotte, charlotte's sister sara and her friend shel, kristi and andrea, nik and kiran, meckley, grabes, alisha rodino, christian and jen smeltzer left early, ant made an appearance and stubbs arrived late from his dad's. it was fun! i'm not exxaacctly sure but it was fun. more of the same i guess, a few of us after a few drinks...rambunctious. did sit on louie's lap for awhile, oh and i twirled an off-kiltered kiran around and wrestled kristi, and kristi did a backwards strip-tease for us hahaha! when i got there andrea said something about pennies and then about how she had had enough to drink that what she said almost sounded dirty to her, and we like to nod to each other. mostly talked with louie andrea kristi stubbs and erin on our side of the bonfire. had fun with those of us who don't understand cell phones. interrupted one of louie's jokes about tribes and bungis. erin said we were drinking swedish beer she couldn't drink work in the morning she's an alcoholic in spirit. we did circle hugs and i'm used to nudging my head into taller ant's and matt's chests and now i was hugging girls and they let me realized it after i did the hugs. and down at the pier peeing i went longer than meckely and he made a joke: "gowdy, you've got endurance. like steve prefontaine the runner, but instead, steve peefontaine. went back at 3 or so with louie as the dd and he drove us to goshen to get Overload reece's from a shell station in goshen and we were up to see the almost-sun rise at 5. played some nba hangtime and just hung out with one another. it was a fun shindig kind of night and i'm sorry graber for spilling beer on your fleece lol.

sunday so far...

got up at 10 because i couldn't keep asleep and was bored till ant got online and he said he'd go gowdwilling with goody and i made him an ANT mix. felipe called said he had he and wayne had a great time in chicago at the talib kweli concert. his factory job means 10-hr days and days that start at 4 in the morning and a 9 o'clock bedtime. anyways, ant likes the cd woo. it made him smiel. he found a "hoosiers for perot 1992" shirt and was going to let me have it but it was too big for me but it fit him! i got 5 other shirts (one is a funny muff shirt) that work for me woo. we ate "The Flame Thrower burger from dairy queen the DQ...greeeaaat," in matt's mannerismed voice, it was tasty but pretty spicey. i was wearing the vote democrat shirt once again and holding my george bush keychain what a work in contrasts. it's a beautiful day out wanna do something now ant and mike are here tony wants to be here right now he likes to have fun right he is coming!

things to do remember and what not: my wallet's in louie's car, i'm on a my morning jacket kick and beulah's don't forget to breath song, read louie's spin magazine he let me borrow, nick is back in town tonight we will hang, andrea's pool is ready for summer woo, the crick remains cold yet, have to ship-shape my room up, mike is cleaning my computer what a guy, oh and meisner is the armadillo at texas roadhouse this monday and next his last two times as the armadillo in fact so i'm making it a priority to go see him for the armadillo that he is.
